Campagnolo Groupsets
Many of us ask ourselves this question when you change some hardware: Is what I can to mount the handles shimano (or Campagnolo) campagnolo groupsets on my group (or vice versa)?. In theory, and this is announced by manufacturers, it is not possible. In fact, in much cases, you will have problems indexing. Cable pulling is not quite identical and the setting can turn into a nightmare. There are exceptions, of course, and lots of people who manage to make these fixtures properly. Similarly, Shimano and campagnolo groupsets cassettes do not have exactly the same templates, but with regard to my experience I have often used cassettes Campa on chains and derailleurs Shimano without encountering any problem indexing, except for a small adjustment Quick stops or cable tension. The ideal is of course to have some equipment on hand for testing. If for example you can get a derailleur or a handful of one trial, which is better, but it is not always (or very rarely) possible (unless bike shop!). Do not buy blindly betting on luck and elbow grease to make your adjustments. Betting financial statement is rather . .
