Campagnolo Bottom Bracket
Currently there are two types of bottom bracket most common: external cups screwed to the frame and bearing system embedded in the picture. In the first (external cups), the most standard is the type shimano "characterized by an inner diameter Bearings 25 mm, although other measures and arrangements such as GPX Ultratorque SRAM or Campagnolo. In all the width of the bottom bracket is the standard box of 68 mm. In the second (bearings sausages), dominated by two formats: the BB30, created by Cannondale and promoted in recent times by FSA, with an inner diameter of 30 mm and the press fit Shimano or BB86, with basically the same measure of of external cups (25 mm bottom diameter), but instead will be screwed to the box pressure sausages in a bottom bracket of 86 mm wide. Similar to this system is the exclusive BB90 Trek, which uses a bottom bracket of 90 mm in width but also the inside diameter is 25 mm. In this case we will learn, through a great video tutorial by R @ ulo, maintaining a press fit type bottom bracket. .
